These Terms & Conditions govern your use of vallic.domains, owned and operated by Vallic d.o.o. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

vallic.domains sells premium domain names to registered customers. Domains are owned by Vallic d.o.o.

2. No Escrow Services Provided by vallic.domains

vallic.domains does not act as an escrow service and does not collect or hold payments that would be considered escrow payments.

3. Payments

  • Payments can be made via Wise, Revolut, Escrow.com or normal bank transfer.

4. Domain Sales Confidentiality

We do not publicly disclose the buyer unless required by law. 

The confidentiality of the buyer are always applicable, the full domain name and price can be disclosed publicly. 

We may publicly disclose the TLD extension sold and the price with a descriptive meaning of the domain name or full domain name. 

5. Delivery

A purchased domain will be transferred to your designated registrar account within 7 days of payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Refund Policy

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • The purchased domain has not been transferred to you within 7 days after payment confirmation, and

  • The delay is not caused by your own actions or registrar issues.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

7. No Trademark Guarantee

We make no claims regarding trademarks associated with any domain sold on our platform. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that their intended use does not infringe on third-party rights.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the website for:

  • Fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

  • Infringing intellectual property rights.

  • Misleading or deceptive activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vallic d.o.o. is not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from domain use after purchase.

  • Issues caused by third-party registrars, Escrow.com, or payment providers.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once you complete the payment, we’ll ask for your preferred registrar (like Dynadot, Godaddy, or Namecheap) and begin the transfer to your account there.

Most domains are transferred within 48 hours to 7 days, depending on your chosen registrar.

The fastest way is if you open an account at the same registrar where the domain is currently registered.

Your purchase is 100% confidential. We never share your personal information with anyone, and we don’t share publicly buyer or seller identity. Also, the parent company Vallic d.o.o is located in European Union where we adhere to strict GDPR rules for privacy.

We accept payments via Wise, Revolut Pay, Escrow.com and bank transfer. For several currencies (USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD, SGD) we have a local bank account.

We accept SWIFT bank transfers with following currencies: CNY, HKD, JPY, CHF.

Escrow.com accepts only these currencies USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD. And it can process payments via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.

There is no buyer fee, unless your decide to pay via Escrow.com for additional security. You as buyer are going to be charged an escrow fee. During checkout, you can see estimated amount of that fee which Escrow.com would charge you.

VAT is not calculated according to article 17 point 1 - "reverse-charge" for every non-EU customer (private or business) and for any business entity within EU with valid VAT.

Verified Ownership - Every domain is checked and confirmed to be owned by the seller before it’s listed.

Fast Transfer - Most transfers are completed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

100% Refund Protection - If a transfer cannot be completed for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund.
